PLEASE SHARE....It looks like the first responder NARCAN bill is working its way through and that is great news. However, getting a bill passed into law is just the first part of this. This law if passed will give first responders the legal ability to carry and administer NARCAN, but it does not require them to do this. So the next step if this is passed into law is the implementation of the law, which can prove to be difficult. We will have to lobby our various municipalities to start having their first responders carry NARCAN. At this time what Robert Riley II and myself are asking of people is to start organizing a group within your local community to get this done at your local level. Although, this bill has not been passed into law yet, we want to be prepared the day it does. Feel free to message me with any questions and once again we thank you....
