Intake Vetting Representative Positions Ruff Start Rescue is looking for individuals with experience in the veterinary field or trained as a veterinary technician to assist with the intake process when the animals come in to our office in Princeton, MN. The animals can be transported to the office on any day but usually arrive on Saturdays or Sundays. The individual should exhibit these skills: Comfort in Reading and Evaluating Medical Records Administer Vaccines Draw Blood Samples for Testing Place Microchips Determine an ongoing plan for the animal (when should they see a vet) Determine alteration status and remove sutures if necessary Complete detailed medical record for what happened at transport with plan Please contact me at [email protected] if interested in helping us out and fill out a volunteer app on our website ruffstartrescue.org
