The REAL REASON why Eric Garner DIED is because the excess force from the cops but the main reason is because no one performed BLS or ACLS due to a possible heart attack due to ischemia (lack of oxygen to the heart or other organs and tissues) This matter turned into a medical scene and everyone watched him die. MOST LIKELY Eric Garners throat, trachea, main jugular veins etc, were damaged in the choke hold. The media, lawyers, and news need to be focusing in on the lack of medical care performed for Eric Garner. I saw the tapes. They should have put him on a back board, and started rescue breaths if he had a pulse. If he did not have a pulse, they should have initiated CPR/BLS. Eric was clearly not breathing on tape. He should have been Intubated oxygen and ventilated. The MEDIA NEEDS NOT TO FOCUS ON COP VS CIVILIANS OR BLACK VS WHITE AT THIS TIME AND AY ANOTHER TIME IF THEY WISH. If those who chose CHOSE not to perform medical care who were trained (cops, or EMS) they are the true reason why Eric died and they need to be indicted. These people are trained mandatory first responders to perform CPR and BLS or ACLS! This turned into a medical matter and everyone who was mandated to perform BLS or ACLS need to be indicted. He was human. I personally dont care what color anyone is. I treat everyone with dignity and respect and as a human. So with this being said, if he broke the law ok fine, but the chokehold was too much and caused him to need CPR and ACLS. Due to the lack of medical care he ASPHYXIATED and died. They just sat there and watched. We as medical professionals would lose our jobs if we did this. This post needs to be shared. Please share!!!!
