PLEASE TWEET BIDEN!! On the anniversary of the Violence Against Women Act (VAWA), yesterday VP Joe Biden spoke up about thee outrage about Ray Rice beating his wife and getting minimum punishment. Well - we have our OWN outrage here in Alabama, where a FEDERAL JUDGE was arrested for beating his wife, and received a MINIMUM punishment.. because he was going to seek counseling.
