PLZ LIKE THIS PAGE ....... I HATE MICROMAX I Manisha Rani Toppo ,one of the customer of MICROMAX (PURCHASED tab-modal no. P362). I am from Damanjodi of dist. Koraput which is 626km from rourkela from where I purchased the tab. On 6th-9-13 I purchased this tab from the FONE ZONE,jagarnath complex, Uditnagar,rourkela-769012 and on 24th-10-13 I complained about this tab due to battery backup empty, ring tone issue , no data conection and software update problem at micromax service centre ,which is at Brindawan plaza Uditnagar Rourkela Pin 769012 Frequently I have been calling to customer cair services center but they are just prolonging the time and i am not getting any satisfactory response. After 4 month of my complaint they called me to get my tab on 5th of march i got the tab which was of old verson of model no. P360 of 0S-Icecream Sandwich, but I had purchased the model no. P362 of OS-Jelybeen which had cost Rs 8450.And they told my tab cant be repairable. My money and time is not worthless, I have been hugely harassed by THE services and gadgets malfunctioning. So, I cannot trust anymore to them. I need my money back..........
