PNF on Manny Pacquiao Tax Evasion Case. The Philippine National Front Condemns the Manny Pacquiao Tax Evasion Case as a Total Harassment of BIR to Peoples Champ. The Tax Evasion Case was Regarding Allged 2.2 Billion Peso Unpaid taxes of Pacquiao which was until now was questioned by the Filipino People. The PNF Declared that Kim Henares,The Head of BIR is Robbing the Pacquiaos by creating false accounts and claiming that 2.2 Billion Pesos is the Unpaid Tax of Pacquiao. And The PNF Stated that how can BIR declared that Pacquiao has 2.2 Billion Peso Unpaid Taxes even his Earnings on his Fights and Advertisements were less than 2.2 Billion. Mannys Money was from his Flesh,Blood,Sweat and Hardwork of his Life as A Boxer who fought in the Ring for the People,Not by PDAF,DAP or any Corrupt Money they stole. The PNF Questioned the BIRs Integrity as a Government Enforcement on Taxes,The Corrupt Treated Fairly while Pacquiao Treated him like a Criminal and A Corrupt Official. And what Bob Arum,Top Rank Promoter and CEO Stated was based on his Accounts he have with money that he paid in the IRS,The Counterpart of BIR in the United States but BIR Rejected it because it was Unacceptable. How dare the BIR do that to Manny and to the Filipino People?,He had won on Rios and Now BIR Treated him like a Innocent man who was accused of being a criminal even though he never commit a Crime to everyone. On the Napoles Accounts you never Freeze all accounts but on Manny,You Freeze all of its Assets and Bank Accounts Treat him like a Criminal. The Freezing of Bank Accounts under Court of Tax Appeals was more likely a Provocative Action against Pacquiao even the truth was that Pacquiao has 1.2 Million Pesos Deposited on some Banks and He made a loan to Help the Yolanda Victims. Even in accordance of the law,That a Taxpayer who paid taxes in other countries shall not paid taxes on the other. The Philippine National Front Challenged the BIR Even Madame Kim Henares to Reinvestigate and Recount and Recall the ITRs and Other Accounts of Pacquiao so we will find out if it was 2.2 Billion or Not,Also the PNF Challenges to BIR to Cooperate with the IRS of the United States so the Tax Investigation will go on so the Truth will unveiled. If the BIR and Kim Henares Failed to Do so,The PNF will call on Madame Kim Henares for her Resignation. The Philippine National Front has Solidarity to the Filipino People and to Manny Pacquiao and Hoping this issue will be resolved peacefully and somehow the truth shall set all free.
