POLICE BLOTTER ARREST (SHOPLIFTING): Mount Laurel Police arrested Mark L. Giberson Jr., age 28, of the 1100 block of Route 73, on September 24 at 1:30 PM for shoplifting $693.00 in merchandise from Home Depot on Nixon Drive. He was lodged at the Burlington County Jail in lieu of $3,500.00 bail. Officer A. Harty was the arresting officer. IDENTITY THEFT: (Devonshire Village) A resident of the unit block of Boothby Drive reported an identity theft. A credit card account was opened fraudulently using the victim’s personal information. The incident occurred at an unspecified date and time prior to September 24. ARREST (DWI): Mount Laurel Police arrested Robert L. Timmins Jr., age 48, of the 100 block of Old Colony Lane, Marlton, on September 24 at 10:46 PM, for driving while intoxicated. He was arrested after being stopped on Union Mill Road in the area of Hartford Road for a motor vehicle violation. He was charged with driving while intoxicated and released pending a court hearing. Officer C. Louk was the arresting officer. CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: An employee of a business on the 6000 block of Atrium Way reported a criminal mischief to a vehicle. The incident occurred between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM September 25. A vehicle was keyed causing an estimated at $2,000.00 in damage. ARREST (FALSE PUBLIC ALARM): Mount Laurel Police arrested Dora H. Sieracki, age 61, of the 2100 block of Larchmont Place, on September 26th for creating a false public alarm. Officers responded to the 2100 building of Larchmont Place for an activated fire alarm pull station. An investigation determined that there was no fire or other emergency on location and Sieracki activated the alarm for no legitimate reason. She was charged with creating a false public alarm and released pending a court hearing. Officer L. Hann was the arresting officer.
