POLICE NEWS PUBLIC DRUNKENNESS – 12/21/14 – Thomas Burger, 29, Richboro, was cited for PD after police responded to an establishment located at 80 W. State Street. THEFT FROM VEHICLE – 12/21/14 – Victim reported theft from vehicle parked in the Wells Fargo lot. Taken were I-Phone 4s, approximately 40 quarters, $100 (five twenty $ bills) and a pair of gold earrings. DISORDERLY CONDUCT – 12/20/14 – Christopher Nunnari, 22, Ambler, was cited for DC for urinating in public on the sidewalk near the court house. PUBLIC DRUNKENNESS – 12/20/14 – Theresa Kathryn, 23, Jamison, was cited for PD and Disorderly Conduct after police observed an intoxicated female in the area of Main Street Marketplace. Kathryn was transported to Doylestown Hospital for medical attention. CRIMINAL MISCHIEF – 12/19/14 – Employee of SEPTA reported his vehicle had been keyed during the day. BURGLARY – 12/17/14 – Police are investigating a forced-entry commercial burglary at Ambrose Randa, S. Tamenend Avenue, which took place during the overnight hours of 12/16/14. THEFT – 12/16/14 – Victim reported theft from vehicle at Acme parking lot. Taken was purse, $10 cash, several credit cards, driver’s license, Starbucks gift card and reading glasses. RETAIL THEFT – 12/16/14 – Lisa Linzalone, 34, Warrington, has been charged with two counts of Retail Theft and two counts of Receiving Stolen Property after police responded to the Acme for report of theft. Linzalone was stopped by security personnel and allegedly found to be in possession of stolen merchandise from Acme and Hallmark totaling approximately $169.
