The fundamental contract that connects a society is to confer the basic needs of life to the people. A sole responsibility of the govern. These needs approximately includes; food, shelter and clothing. During pre-elections, he usually make promises to fulfill these aforesaid needs. He scream, hail and shout from a ward to another to earn peoples voting conscience. He can promise paradise (if possible) to get vote. After elections he runs into oblivion. He travel at nights like masquerades. He bludgeon and bamboozle common wealth at the detriment of the common whole. When ask about his promises. He cunningly tell you the resources is not enough yet he wobble in luxuries. His puppets or jobbers attack you that your criticisms are not constructive! we will remind you one day! You are tarnishing your Future! Is too early for you to start this! You are insulting an elder! Their aim is the stipends they would secure. This is the society we live in.
