Providing Free Health Services for EYE, TEETH Child Health: Nutrition/Circumcision Free Counseling & Rehabilitation of Drug Abuse Victims Growing Consciousnesses on General Health Care & Hygiene Creating Awareness on Prevention of Environment Pollution BENEFICIARIES: The poor & needy peoples around the country. Initially these services will be provided in slum areas of Dhaka. Then the program might be extended throughout the country if fund allows. PROCESS OF ACTION: Free Health Camp will be arranged at various locations of the country based on any School/Club/Community Center. MATERIALIZAION: The whole project would be materialized on own Funds at the initial stage. By collecting donations. PRESENT STATUS OF SERVICES: Arranged a Free Eye Camp in association with ‘Sandhani National Eye Bank/Sandhani Eye Hospital, Bogra. Where Free Treatment of EYE have been provided to 300 (Three Hundred) Students including Teachers, Staffs, Governing Body Members, Guardians. Supplied Health Care Products (Lifebuoy Soap, Close Up Tooth Paste, Tooth Brush, Clear Shampoo) at free of cost to 100 poor students and villagers. Offered Gift Packs to 100 Persons containing Lifebuoy Soap, Close Up Tooth Paste, Tooth Brush, Clear Shampoo, Detergent Bar, Toothpicks, Cotton Buds, Mirror, Comb Etc, who have performed Itekaf in various mosques during the last ten days of Holy Ramadan Month. Already set up a Free Health Clinic at Polli Bangla office premisis FUTURE PLANS: Collecting Mobile/Portable primary Unit eshtablishment with necessary Instruments/Materials/Medicines and installing them on an AMBULANCE to get quick mobility to the targeted Area of Service (specially for poor villagers). Collecting Eye Care Instruments/Materials/Medicines, Installing on an AMBULANCE to Achieve Swift Motion towards the targeted Service Location. Providing Free Counseling, Assistance, Financial Help, Treatments to the deserving poor peoples. Providing Free Ambulance Service to the poor/helpless/ailing village peoples during the operation of Free Health Camps. Distributing Oral Saline, Water Purification Tablets, Multi Vitamin Tablets to the children at free of cost. Publishing & Distributing of Hand Bills/Bulletins on Health.
