Internal Sales & Support- Our Company is a leading Manufacturer and supplier of quality Concealed Kitchenware Bins, Attic Access Ladders, Manhole Solutions, Access Panels and Skylight Systems. We supply into the Building Industry, Hardware Retail Industry and the Kitchen Industry. We are currently looking for a confident, results oriented person to join our customer service team located at our offices in Dandenong South. Your Key Responsibilities would be: Customer support (internal Sales) Customer Service (answering incoming sales calls, email, fax, & general enquiries) Order entries into database using SAP software Raising quotes Communication with local and overseas customers Maintain stock levels To be successful in this role you will need: Excellent verbal & written communication Good organization and time management skills Great customer service skills and pleasant manner Be a strong team player General knowledge of Windows XP, Excel, Word, and MS Outlook Basic math skills Experience: Experience in building, hardware/retail and or kitchen industries would be a distinct advantage. Our company will provide product, quality and systems training. This role has the potential to develop further into an external sales role for the right person.
