POSSIBLE ROOM FOR RENT IN OTTAWA, 20 MINUTES FROM DOWNTOWN!!!! I have not entirely decided that this is what I want to do, but I thought that I would put my idea out here, and see what may prevail. I have a 2 bedroom apartment, which I share with three rabbits, and three cats. I am considering getting a roommate, as my bills are getting ridiculous. I would be charging $500 a month. You would need your own bed, as the room is unfurnished, but you will have full access to the kitchen, and all cooking utensils, dishes etc...You will not have computer access, unless you have your own, and I do not own a television, or phone, so you would need your own. You cannot bring in animals, as I already have a house full, and it is already disfuntional, but you must love animals nonetheless. I am a smoker, but willing to smoke outside, if it bothers you. It is a very spacious apartment, with all real hardwood floors, and all brand new interior, and appliances, although in an older building. There is no elevator, so anyone that cannot climb three flights of stairs, it would be impossible. Also, there can be no meat, poultry, or fish products brought into this apartment. I prefer no dairy products either, but at the very least, no meat, poultry, or fish. If anyone may be interested, please message me. I will make my decision as to whether this is all a good idea, from the feedback I get. Thank you.
