Proof of current work experience endorsed and stamped by HR must be attached. (Certificate of service) RECOMMENDATIONS Experience in Assets Field Driver’s license Microsoft Office. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, COMPETENCIES AND TRAINING REQUIRED Technical knowledge of Supply Chain Management and Practice. Knowledge of Legislative and Policy Framework information in the Operation. High level of integrity and professionalism. Interpersonal Skills KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS Compile, update and maintain asset register of the hospital and associated clinics. Monitor and evaluate the departmental asset magement system with a view to ensure that redundant and under-utilized equipment is timeously identified for transfer/disposal. Ensure the proper management of asset from the compilation and stocktaking of the asset register. Ensure effective and efficient utilization of resources allocated to the sub component. Responsible for write-off board of survey and loss control procedure where necessary. Investigate variances between stock count register and the inventory register. Update the disposal plan with the specific details of the items that are to be disposed. Examine and update records relating to equipment, register and requirements Conduct weekly spot check on inventories.
