Sitting here thinking about how many times Ive been told that I need a real job or that Im just a server. And I got to thinking about how lucky us servers are and here is why.. I may not have a lot of extra money but what I do have is time if I want it.. If I dont feel like working one day chances are I wont have to.. Some if you have to deal with the same assholes everyday to where we have to deal with assholes at our table for maybe an hour an then probably never see them again.. I dont have to work 7 12s to support myself and can basically make my own schedule.. My co workers are fun, hilarious, and sometimes annoying but anyone of them would jump at the chance to help each other out... Like family for sure. An not to mention an amazing boss!! So I am a pretty lucky girl to be able to do what I do. So you guys can have your real jobs and for now I am just going to be a server
