POWER ARMY INVASION 9,000 Port Adelaide members have purchased tickets to the Powers preliminary final against Hawthorn during the exclusive pre-sale period this morning. Port Adelaide expects around 15,000 supporters to make the journey to Melbourne to see the Power and Hawks go head-to-head on Saturday afternoon. Places on the nine buses chartered by the club and four by its cheer squad sold within 24 hours of being released, while Virgin Australia has allocated additional flights to Melbourne for the game. Great Southern Rail has also allocated additional train carriages on its Adelaide-Melbourne services. But for the vast majority of supporters, the eight-hour car journey via the Dukes and Western highways will be the main journey to the second-biggest round of the year.
