Having distantly trailed in the 1980 elections, mr. M7 took up arms against an elected Govt and grabbed power at a cost of thousands of skulls at Luwero, finds it hard to fairly woo ugandans to vote thru his govt. He has consolidated his power by use of the army and ever rigged ritualistic elections, having lifted term limits. Thru bribery as always, he recently manipulated his caucus to endorse him party candidate unopposed come 2016, barring likes of ambitious Mbabazi. Now having failed to take kampala thru elections, he plots to grab it by changing the kampala act empowering pple to vote lord mayor, to be the appointing authority. Since he now feels he can do what he wants, next he will disband the electoral commission, constitution and parliament to rule by decree. However the question is; how long will the pple endure one continually grabbing their power?
