POWER OUTAGES. Residents living in the southwest portion of Ritzville are still reporting power outages. An Avista Utilities crew is on-site in the area of Seventh Avenue and Washington Street fixing a transformer. The work is expected to be completed with in the next few hours, with power being restored to an estimated 172 customers. Residents with separate power lines broken affecting less than five residences can expect to have power restored by 7:45 p.m. Avista crews have been assigned to these outages as well.
