We have three important announcements. 1) The auditions are being held at Music City Convention Center 201 5th Ave S, Nashville TN 37203 Enter on Fifth Avenue There will be signs directing you to the auditions. For the latest information and maps check out the Nashville page on AGTAuditions. 2) We’re trying to get an accurate idea of how many people are auditioning. If you are eligible, the best way to submit your paperwork is to read, sign and submit it electronically right from your computer. This will speed up things on your audition day. You must be over 18 to do this and every member of your act has to sign at the same time, so this doesn’t really work for large groups. To use this electronic method just sign into your Performer Profile, and follow the easy instructions. If some members in your group are under 18 and some over 18, those who are not minors can still do the e-signature. If you just cannot figure it out, are under 18, or part of a large group, just submit your paperwork the old-fashioned way and head to the paperwork page on our web site, download the personal release, print it, fill it out, and bring it with you to the auditions. Every person who auditions needs to sign their own copy of the paperwork. If you are bringing any friends and family to support you, theres a separate release they need to sign. and that cannot be done electronically. Youll find that Friends and Family release on the paperwork page also. If anyone under 18 is coming to the auditions (whether performing or supporting a performer) without their parent or legal guardian, they need to fill out additional paperwork and get it notarized.
