PRAYER CLOSET: God, I have come to the conclusion that I am not nearly as smart as I thought I was. God said, How old are you? I responded, Thats not amusing. Im serious. God said, I wasnt being amusing. I am serious, too Im sorry, Lord. No worries. So let me continue. I guess I am more embarrassed than anything. Deep inside I guess I do counsel You in my prayers. I am so sorry. You are forgiven. I AM used to being directed, advised. He is so full of compassion. So I was encouraged to continue. Whats the deal? Why do I do that? I created you to be a problem solver. So you think you can solve some for me too. Wow, I said. Now THAT is embarrassing! When you really take time to listen before you pray, I will speak to you. If you dont hear me, pray in the Spirit and pray for my will to be done. Ahh, thats the key! Why are you always looking for a key? Keys are for those without access. Love is the access. When you find love you can throw away the keys.
