PRAYER FOR NIGERIA To truly intercede, we must first plead for forgiveness of our own sins of omission. It is the sins of the priests and the sins of the leaders that finally bring a nation down. Top of the list is the sin of prayerlessness and lack of intercession for the peace and will of God in our land. Lord, we plead that you have mercy on Nigeria, that the hand of evil be stayed from Nigeria. We repent of our own complacence, our failure to pray for our country and our leaders. We repent on behalf of our leaders and for all the wickedness, atrocities, corruption, etc. We ask for mercy and take up our place as priests. Hearken O Lord, to the voice of our intercessions in Jesus name we pray. PRAYER POINTS FOR NIGERIA (1) Let us go to God and ask for forgiveness over the nation. 2Chr. 7:14; Dan 9:1-6, 11-19. (6) Let us pray and release the heavenly watchers to administer peace, prosperity, security, in the nation and eliminate wicked leaders. Dan 4:13-17; Eze 9:1-7Ezek 21: 25-27; Ezek 30: 20 -26. (7) Pray for our nation to be a great nation. Gen 12: 2; Jer 6: 22.
