So I booked a return flight to Edinburgh for 2 people. Realised Id booked the wrong dates. Not to worry, it says Im entitled to a refund if I cancel within 24 hours. Not a problem. I call, I cancel. A few days go by and I ask where the refund is. They say there are cancellation fees. The fees actually come to 10 quid more than I paid for the flights so I dont get a single dime. £130 wasted. They just sent me a please give us some feedback email. Oh, Im sure Ive got a minute to send you some feedback......
