Has to wait until Jan.8th to get the results. The waiting is always making her mind wonder. Give her comfort that things will be fine. Mary Swank and family. Please pray for her for comfort. Holidays are so hard on her. John and Jessica Griffith & Family:(Prayer) 12/31/14 It breaks my heart to write this request! Our nephew John and his wife Jessica Griffith from Ky. is going though the hardest thing a parent can go through. They lost their little 3 months old baby girl Vannesa unexpectedly due to SIDS! Please pray for them. Their hearts are broken. Carol: (Prayer) 12/31/14 Carol is my daughter in law Tammy Sheehan Billets aunt. She has good days and bad days. Pray for this family as they go through this stressful time. Hospice is with them. A. W. Lee: (Prayer) 12/31/14 A.W. is home from the hospital. He had pneumonia . He is enjoying his visits with her daughters and family. His daughter had to go back to Texas and Michigan. He has been sitting up in a wheelchair eating at the table! Pray he gets the much needed rest so he can be back on is feet soon. Be with his wife Linda. Ron Frock: (Prayer) 12/31/14 Ron had pneumonia. His lung is clear. He is home. Cancer has not spread so he only has to do bout 4 rounds of radiation (which beats the surgery). Next week we go to Kettering to get the info about radiation. With the holidays it will be very hard on them. 12/31/14 Some thoughts as we enter the holiday season...It is important to remember that not everyone is surrounded by large wonderful families. Some of us have problems during the holidays and some of us are overcome with great sadness when we remember the loved ones who are not with us. And many people have no one to spend these times with and are besieged by loneliness. We all need caring, loving thoughts right now. If I dont see your name I will understand. May I ask my friends, wherever you might be, to kindly copy, paste and post this status for one hour to give a moment of support for all those who have family problems, health struggles, job issues, worries of any kind and just need to know someone cares. Erin Nichols: (Prayers) 12/31/14 Erin continues to struggle daily with her health issues. The abdominal pain has been severe and she has not been able to find relief. Surgery is scheduled for February 11th. She also continues to have daily migraine headaches which cause nausea and vomiting. The Neuromodulation surgery at OSU is on hold due to a skin infection on her scalp. Shannon Spotts (Erin Nichols sister):(Prayers) 12/31/14 Shannon is fighting what doctors have tentatively diagnosed as vertigo. She has seen a new neurologist and already has had an EMG and MRI. More tests are scheduled for the first of the year. She remains off work, still having difficulty driving and even walking. She has been quite discouraged. Richard Nichols ( Erin Nichols husband):(Prayers) 12/31/14 Rick has been dealing with Charcot Foot Syndrome, which is a complication of his diabetes. His foot wound on the left is doing worse, and now the disease process has started in the right foot. He remains on couch rest with feet constantly elevated. Doctors are hopeful that his open wounds will heal. Cristen Pulliam: Friend of our niece in Ky.(Prayers) 1/19/14 She is having a rough day. The cancer was in her lymph notes and nerves. She will have to have chemo again. She is getting tired of fighting. 11/17/14 Our niece Debbie Dixon say: Cristen is in her 7th year of battling colon cancer (Stage IV). Shes a mother, wife, teacher, amazing friend. She found out she had cancer when she was pregnant with her daughter Audrey She is a mother of 2 children. She went thru a 10 hour surgery. They get rid of it one place and it travels to another. She has had 15 surgeries in 7 years.By the grace of God she is still here. I took care of her daughter at the daycare. She is a teacher in Grayson and her husband is a teacher but had to take a leave of absent to take care of her and Audrey. Please keep this family in your prayers. Be with them adjusting to the loss. The first of each holiday is so hard. Pray that they can get through this time of loss.Brenda is our postmaster at our post office in Tremont City, We had a fire and she has to work out of the North Hampton. It can make a person very sick. George Bolin: (Prayers and Joy) 11/16/14 Saturday Dear Family and Friends, We had our appointment with the surgeon yesterday. It was not what we wanted to hear. Due to the complications of the surgery needed we must seek a team of surgeons with more expertise. Possibility that his chest could be opened surgically to get to the problem. Scar tissue must be removed and could also remove his ½ stomach, pulling up part of the intestine to tie off and make a new stomach. Tampa and Duke University has been suggested. Dave and Kelly are diligently researching information for us. Each new day dawns with challenges. Grateful to God that I have George each day. I cannot imagine what life has been for George thru all of this the past year. He has a remarkable ability to endure. For now I have no idea of where we go from here. Back to taking it one day at a time. The esophagus where it connects into the stomach is sealed shut by scar tissue. Nothing can go down so a fluid like saliva or sinus secretions must be brought up and spit out. Absolutely no intake of anything by mouth so he must be on the feeding tube for 13 hours for survival. George has Afib that complicates surgery a little more. Dave has been here since Wednesday. He will be leaving tomorrow morning for home in NC. He has been so wonderful to appear just when I need him the most. Good news is that all tests show that George is still cancer free! Praise God! He is an awesome God and does answer prayers. Thank you for all your prayers and concerns. Please, please, keep praying that we find a team of surgeons and God will guide the hands of the surgeons to bring his esophagus and stomach to function again. Pray she will be calm and not worry. Roger Maurer: (Prayer) 10/30/14 Please pray for Roger. He is having his second open heart surgery tomorrow morning in Springfield News-Suneld. His wife Linda worked with David at Micro Enterprises. Pray for his wife Linda who will be his caretaker. . Greg Carbone:(Prayers) 12/31/14 Greg is suffering from severe back trauma and facing a very serious operation. It is hard on Greg because he is not able to work. He has a family. Pray for him to get back on his feet and able to support Please family. Please pray for Greg and his parents Karen and Al Carbone. We know God can heal. Melissa Young Billet: (:Mother of our grandsons):(Prayers) 12/31/14 Melissa needs lots of prayers. Their is family who love her but she has to do this all by herself. She has ovarian cancer was in remission and had come back for the 2ND time and is at cancer treatment center now and her numbers are going up instead of down even with chemo. She is only 23. Very strong girl but could use some extra prayers. She is waiting on CT results now to get a better idea of what is going on she is hoping kidney problems rather than cancer spreading. Please keep Stephanie in your prayers. Jessica just sent me message as doing this request! Just got word. CT scan showed no cancer but doing chemo today then home from Chicago. PER scan in 3 weeks due to they think might have small amount of cancer hiding out. Prayers are working! Please keep them coming. Mae Wright:(Prayer) 12/02/14 Maes husband passed away not to long ago. Please pray for comfort. Janelle Sark:(Prayer) 12/31/14 Be with Janelle as she has heart problems. She had been the caretaker for Rick. Rick passed away this week. Pray for comfort. Carolyn (Ingerman) Hoops: (my cousin)(Prayer) 12/31/14 She get confused at times. She got out of the hospital from having pneumonia. She is feeling better from having. She is weak. Her cancer of the lung has came back again. The family has decided to wait until end of Nov. for another cat scan to see how big it has gotten and go from there. That way she will be a lot stronger. Carolyn has been fighting cancer several times. She is at Eaglewood. Jim Hoops: (my cousin husband)(Prayer) 12/31/14 Pray for Carolyns husband Jim: Jim is the Villa of Springfield, He is adjusting very well. He loves Bingo! Jim just lost a brother and brother in law with in 2 weeks. 12/31/14 Dianna Fager and family:(Prayer) This request if from a co worker Terri Bowermaster from Forest Glen: Please keep this family in your prayers. They need a miracle!! Terri says: My Dear Friends, I really never post anything on facebook. I may pass something on from time to time so know that this is heartfelt for me to post. I have a co-worker/friend an amazing lady her name is Dianna Fager. I want to tell you her story. In November 2006 her son was diagnosed with brain tumors that were cancer, 2 months later she was dx with breast cancer they went thru chemo together . A few months ago her husband was dx with stage 4 lung cancer. They are losing everything. I ask your prayers for this family. Please ask God to wrap his arms around this family and shower them with his love.
