PRAYER WISDOM Our Pastor has told us more than once, “As believers we pray from the place of victory, not to the place of victory.” We are already victorious through our Lord Jesus Christ. Prayer is not always about spiritual warfare. In fact, it seldom is. But on those occasions when spiritual warfare is called for, remember that spiritual warfare is more about Jesus than it is about the devil. Therefore, focus on Jesus and what He has already done for us, not on the devil and what he is trying to do to us. 1 Corinthians 15:57 “But thanks be to God, which giveth us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.”
