PRAYER WITH KINGDOM CONNECT TODAY Key scripture for this week: Ecclesiastes 12:13 Stephen at the end of his life makes a provocative prayer for those who are persecuting him, he prays to the Father and plead their case before Him and said “lay not this sin to their charge.” Stephen knew his God, he knew his destiny and theirs(his persecutors) too. And he chose to seek a better destiny for them. How many of us today are crying out to God for the deliverance of our enemies, better worse how many are lamenting and praying for the deliverance of their loved ones? We are joint heirs with Christ and also we must be compassionate to others as He was and still is to us. We are comfortable and safe under the shadow of His wings but we have forgotten our brothers and sisters. Let us fear God and love our neighbours as we love ourselves-this is what we are called to. Prayer, prayer and more prayer will lead a nation to a victorious revival. • Ask that God gives you a compassionate heart. • Ask the Holy Spirit to reveal the will of God to you. • Pray that God may give you courage to put the lives of others ahead of yours. • Pray for man to assume His place in the plan of God for us. • Ask God to set His love in your heart that you may uplift even your enemies in prayer. • Ask God to lead you in praying for others. • Ask God for strength to carry others in your prayers. ...It is in Jesus’ mighty name that we pray.
