PREAMBLE Established in 1995,by now ahsanullah university of science and technology(aust) is one of the leading private universities in bangladesh.the university first started functioning in number of hired premises in tejturi bazar,dhaka.in 2008,it was shifted to its permanent campus at tejgaon industrial area.dhaka in a 10 storied building with around 4 lac sq ft floor space. being sponsored by a voluntary organization viz dhaka ahsania mission,the university started with a missionary zeal, in the sector of higher education from the very beginning. Keeping the humanitarian services of ahsania mission in view,the university is always keen to give quality education to students in low cost compared to other private universities. in the permanent campus there are 65 classrooms 55 laboratories 18 offices,multipurpose hall room,seminar room,jury cum exhibition room,game room.prayer hall,ladies common room etc.there are 9 departments,4 faculties,at present there are 6700 students and 285 teachers and 123 staff
