So it just makes sense that the ACC is out to kill PRECIOUS after 2 days of her being at the shelter, since this 8-year-old sweetheart has a foot in both camps. PRECIOUS was devoted to her former owner. That person repaid her devotion by refusing to get her appropriate medical care and then dumping her into a shelter system that cant wait to kill her. PRECIOUS is bereft without her home comforts and that confusion played out in her behavioral evaluation; a few blips there, plus a few medical issues, and this girl can only be pulled by a New Hope rescue.
