Unknown INCIDENT NARRATIVE: Abey was traveling Northbound on State Highway 57 just North of mile post 20 when he left the roadway on the right hand side. Abeys vehicle went down a 10-foot embankment and struck several trees. Abey was transported to Newport Hospital with injuries. The minor child in the cab of the Kenworth was declared deceased on scene.
