Robert Kozlowsky December 4, 2014 Road Construction There is scheduled road construction on Bridgeport Avenue at the intersection of Old Stratford Road and Commerce Drive on Friday, December 5th at 8:00 PM through Sunday, December 7th at approximately 8:00 AM. Significant lane reductions to all approaches of this intersection will occur during this construction period. The most significant reductions are expected to occur on Saturday, December 6th between noon and 2:00 PM. Expect major traffic backups and delays during peak traffic times. It is strongly recommended to use alternative routes and avoid the area. Several police officers have been assigned to assist with traffic control during the construction. Lengthy delays are expected to occur. Again, if possible, use alternative routes to avoid this intersection if possible.
