PRESS RELEASE Out & About – Virtual approach paying off for Toowoon Bay A new approach to property listings is paying dividends for Raine & Horne Toowoon Bay/Killarney Vale on the NSW Central Coast. Principals Craig Fisher, Michael Murray and their team are now using video tours for every listing, in some cases providing only a single photo of the front of the home in conjunction with the property video. This has proven a great success, with the team also attaching each video to a QR code that is placed on the property’s corresponding window card, brochure and signboard. This gives prospective buyers the opportunity to tap into a virtual tour of the property by scanning the QR code with their smartphone or tablet when standing in front of the property, or at either of the two offices.
