PREVENTION IS BETTER THAN CURE. I just came back from a thorough heart check (ECG, in-depth scan, blood test, specialist advice, etc) at the Buri Kidu Heart Foundation. I cant take my health for guaranteed even though I look healthy. The notion of looking healthy is a perception that needs to be medically certified by a specialist. I have a life to live and a family to standby and care for. It is a compulsory commitment every conscious individual must make to check own status. Many are dying of life style diseases. I will hear my blood result tomorrow to know what diet discipline I will comply with. I encourage all to check your status even though you look healthy.
