PRO-CON: 20 Years in the TARDIS A huge thank you to those who responded to the initial questionnaire regarding a possible event celebrating our 20 years of productions. The likely date for your diaries is SUNDAY OCTOBER 26TH 2014 running from 12pm - 7pm approx, and will take place in LEEDS. Hosting the event on a Sunday means we wont clash with the BBC broadcast episode and means our proposed venue can more ably cater for us in terms of food. In order to judge whether the proposed venue is suitable I need an idea of numbers, so I would very much value an indication as to how many people are wanting to attend. All the suggestions made on the survey look possible (photo opportunities, console-set, panels, screenings, cos-play) and the venue we have in mind offers an excellent bar-menu. PLEASE dont adopt the turn up on the day approach; if I expect 30 then another 20 turn up without warning, people will start grumbling about not enough seating etc. Could you please COMMENT on this post to indicate you plan to attend, and whether thered be more than just one of you (if youre bringing friends).
