PRODUCT COMPARISON I know that individually wrapped cheese appeals to lots of people from a convenience perspective. However, the individually wrapped cheese in the photo contains preservative 200 and colour 160b. Preservative 200 can cause symptoms of asthma, behavioural problems, allergic reactions or skin irritations. Colour 160b can cause symptoms of headaches, irritability, sleep disturbances, or hives/rashes. The big block of cheese has no harmful additives, are much cheaper and tastier (in our opinion!). It really doesnt take much longer to grate / slice a few pieces of cheese either ;) Check out a block of cheese instead next time you are at the supermarket.
