The Teeth whitening gel is specially formulated to remove those stubborn stains that are located on the surface and in the hard to get-at pores of your teeth- the ones that brushing alone cant remove. These are the stubborn yellowish/ brownish stains caused by: Coffee, Red Wine, Ribena, Pops, Sweets, Smoking, and Food Colouring, Curry spices, Tetracycline, Aging, etc... Teeth Whitening Instructions: Mould the Boil and Bite trays to the teeth. They are moulded by heating them up in hot or boiling water and then placing them in the mouth to form a precise mould of your teeth. The special blend of polymers has a very low moulding temperature so there is no need to use extremely hot boiling water with these at home teeth whitening trays. Step 1: Boil a pot of water and then submerge one mouth tray into it for 5 seconds or until the mouthpiece begins to wilt slightly. Step 2: Shake of any water and place the mouth tray into your mouth and gently bite down on it whilst sucking as much air as possible and press into and around teeth with your fingers so that the mould is as tight as possible (about 15 seconds). Remove and place the tray in cold water so that it sets and your mouth tray is then perfectly moulded for your teeth. Repeat with the other tray. Step 3: Apply a thin layer of whitening gel to both mouth trays and spread evenly (0.25 to 0.4 ml for each tray – anymore is just wasted). Step 4: Insert mouth Trays in the mouth and over the teeth. Set the trays firmly against the teeth. Step 5: You should wear the trays for between 10 and 30 minutes, depending on your sensitivity level. Step 6: Turn on and place the LED laser light in front of the mouth tray for 10 - 15 minutes only. Remove, turn off light, wipe clean and store. Step 7: After completion of each whitening session, remove the trays and rinse off your teeth. Gently brush any remaining gel away. It may be a good idea to use a tooth paste for sensitive teeth. Storage: Store mouthpieces in the storage holder provided. Keep the teeth whitening gel in a cool place (preferably refrigerated). Take out of fridge at least 1 hour before each teeth whitening session so it is at room temperature when you use it.
