Why my Pitbull is cooler than yours. Last night around midnight - TopicsExpress

Why my Pitbull is cooler than yours. Last night around midnight I was woken up from what sounded like two babies crying just outside my bedroom widow. Once I came to, I quickly realized one or both of my poor kitties were in distress because it was highly unlikely for two babies to go out for a midnight stroll and end up behind my fenced in house lol. I flipped on our back light and Sophie came bolting to the door. Well the crying was still going on which meant my Tony Montana was in a stand off in our back yard. So who did I call to come help my sweet babies? None other than our mean lean MMA fighting machine herself miss Coco Shesho! She is the best nanny/guardian/cuddler/kisser/pet/friend/animalbaby ever, you get the idea. She is absolutely amazing. Well at midnight she was snoring with her sweetheart, Evalee, but all I had to do was call her one time and she slowly stretched and gracefully walked to the back door. She could tell something was wrong and instantly perked her ears up in her high alert position. She sniffed Sophie and kissed her a few times to reassure her everything was ok. Coco was here to save the day err (night). So by this time the crying had stopped but I knew Tony was still out there defending our territory. Ever since Mr. Kitter (our Siamese) went on his forever vacation weve had some serious loitering around here and Tony has had to beef up a lot to fight them off. Last night I decided it was time to unleash the Kraken. One thing you must know about Coco. Shes a huge lover not a fighter. This girl is so loyal to us that if she sees another animal on our property she will come to us first before engaging with them. So when I told her Coco, Tony is in trouble, go find him. She didnt skip a beat. She sniffed around the porch and found the invader. It took three seconds for her to make one loud bark (like a beast) then she darted into the dark and a HUGE white cat ran off and Tony was saved. I was so proud of Coco. I gave her a treat and a kiss but I guess her adrenaline was going strong because she drank all her water and food in her bowls lol. So with all that being said. No one on our property was injured in last nights altercation all because Mighty Coco used her bark to ward off the pesky culprit.
