PROFILE / BRIEF INTRODUCTION The Swan Valley Welfare society Murree came into existence about in the year 1999, moved by the Pathetic Condition of the Poor, and neglected people of Murree, particularly those of its resources-less Rural Area, some Sensitive, Sincerely, Educated and Enthusiastic Youths and filled with the sprit of service to the humanity made up their mind to come to the help of these destitute people who were leading their lives, much below the last line of Poverty. They under the leadership / Patron-ship of Mr. M. Khursheed Abbasi who was also Tehsil Nazim Murree, resolved to help them in all possible ways so that if not totally eliminated, their sufferings could at least be reduced. This prompted the idea of Registration of the Society so that the work could be carried out in a more organized manner. The case was submitted for Performance of the Society that they issued them a Registration Letter for whole of the Murree Region instead of Union Council Musyari for which the Registration application was initiated.
