Oversee day to day property operations and enhance the value of the property. 2. Prepare and/or implement procedures and systems. 3. Ensures that all departmental staff, especially the key technical ones are professional managed and mentored. 4. Supervise the work of management office 5. Site management and ensure compliance to safety and building regulations 6. Source for comparative vendors/ sub-contractors to carry out facility/ maintenance/ repairs work 7. Proactively build tenant relationship through regular communication, activities and multiple feedback channels. 8. Propose effective implementation of approved marketing and sales strategies and thereafter monitor and review its achievement. DESIRED SKIILS & EXPERTISE: 1. Holder of Diploma/ Degree in Property/ Facility Management/ Estate Management/ Civil Engineering 2. Minimum 10 years of working experience in property (including 5 years in managerial level) 3. Able to apply principles of logical thinking to define problems, collect pertinent data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions and initiate appropriate course of action. 4. Experiences in dealing with banks and financial matters 5. Experiences in legal agreements and point of law 6. Possess good leadership and able to communicate affectively at all levels 7.
