Thankful #20: My Students! I am so blessed to have a job that I love, at least most days! When I get to be in the music room, creating music and having fun with my students making that music, it truly is the BEST job in the building! My students are learning to find joy in the things that REALLY matter, kindness to others, working others, learning, free fun, making something from nothing, laughter and singing! For example, today I had one of my precious 1st graders come down to my room to play his spoons for me; with joy in his face as he rocked it out in front of third graders, who he totally awed! They make me proud and I am truly blessed to call them my kids!
