PROPHETIC QUESTIONS PROPHETIC PROBE (QUESTIONS THAT GOD HAS ASKED ME) By Moses Hightower (Continued) * I have sent my word and warned you of the conflict, but many of you act as babes unaware of the reality of the principalities and powers. Take heed unto yourselves, and minister unto me then will you behold the angels go forth before you into the battle. You are no match for these things in your own flesh, but praise will show forth the mighty fist of a champion. Do not enter into the battle in your own understanding, but humble yourselves under my mighty hand, and allow faith to release the power of my anointing. I have not sent you here to be defeated by huge wrestlers of the darkness. I have brought you here to bring out the captives appointed unto this great salvation. Worship with all that is within you, and bring about a crucifixion of your old nature. 111. How will you remain crucified if you deny me of the love offering of self-denial? 112. How will you deny yourself continually if you keep back your expressions of strength in your praises? * Hear these admonitions and stop your fretting. I am your refuge, your lifter of the head. Believe me, and I shall show you the power of silence and the power of my name. I have people in every city. While you write, I am working out things for you according to my divine purpose. According to my riches and glory, I am doing things on your behalf. I have bound the conspirator against you and yours. Now look to me, the author and the finisher of your faith. I have not led you into a blind alley and a dead-end street to be slaughtered or taken advantage of. I have brought you to this place to be glorified in you. Believe me. I am fair. I am just. I am loyal. I am fair. I am full of mercy and full of grace. Do not lean to your own understanding, but lean on my love for you. 113. Has it ever failed you? * The conspiring spirits of the age have assimilated schemes to entrap the simple and the unwise. Those who do not love me will be snared by the schemes of the enemy of your souls. Do not think yourselves wise and attempt to live in freedom while serving your flesh. Your flesh is as a wild untamed animal. You will not conquer this untamed, “out-of-control” nature. The saddles of this life cannot control your flesh. There is no bridle to guide the mind of the flesh. The bits of lust are not a controlling element for this untamed nature, but the bits of lust are an appetizer for this pawing enmity. You will not calm the flesh with pats on the neck. Gracious living in the flesh is not the answer to survival in this life. Only a crucified life in Christ Jesus will grant you liberty and freedom. 114. Why continue to look to the wild nature of your flesh to grant you a journey that will end in success? 115. Does a ride on a wild, untamed stallion end in joy for an unskilled rider? 116. Will you ride the wild, untamed flesh and end your life in peace? 117. Who will aid you when the flesh has run for the pit of corruption with you on its back? * You behold it rearing and running its corruption course with people of the world on its back, yet you wait for a ride on such a cruel monster. 118. Are you wise, or are you foolish? * You must answer these questions, and commit yourself to the yoke of the Lord. Your burdens will continue to be laborious and heavy laden if you remain in this yoke with the desires of your flesh. There is no rest for those who live after the flesh. You have saddled the flesh for a joy ride. 119. Don’t you know that the world and the church are full of tragedies because of these rides on the saddles of the flesh? (To Be Continued)
