Men who fail to be reconciled with one another on this side will not live with me on the other side; therefore, let love rule in your heart and forgive those who trespass against you, and pray for those who despitefully use you. The measure of your faith is short if you do not resort to love when others do you wrong. Vengeance is mine. I will repay. 492. If you seek to avenge yourself, are you perfected in love and faith? * The judge of the entire earth will do right. 493. Why not leave those who have done you wrong to me instead of taking things into your own hands? 494. Do you have a pure heart if you seek to take judgment into your own hands? * If you take judgment into your own hands, then you have become a judge, and you will be judged as you have judged others. 495. Are you without sin? * Come down from the judgment seat before the gavel of justice falls on you for your own transgressions. When the gavel of justice is swung, it will bring an end to wrong. 496. Why continue a discussion of rights and wrongs when justice has swung its gavel? * My love for you is eternal. Eternal love sent Adam out of the garden. 497. Where will eternal love send you if you follow after your own will? * Pray this prayer: “Father, let your will be done in my life and not my own will. Amen.” Some minds have been corrupted from the simplicity that is in Christ. You will be deceived as Eve was deceived if you do not turn back to the simplicity that is in Christ. The enemy will beguile you by his subtlety unless the simplicity of Christ operates in you. Forgive and love. Forgive and be reconciled. Forgive and follow peace. If you bite and devour one another, you will be consumed one of another. My children do not fight one another. 498. Whose children are you if you fight one another? * If you are my children, cease fighting one another, and start loving one another. 499. Did you see me do what you are doing? * You are of your father, the devil, if you are fighting one another instead of loving one another. I am love. 500. Have I sent you to murder others? * No matter how secure the devil’s trap seems, it cannot hold me or you. We are one. I am your owner, and I have pledged my support of you. Even when you have sinned, forgiveness makes a way for you to remain righteous and in right standing with me. 501. Shall evil overcome the righteous? 502. Will I be on the same side of hate and conspiracy against my own body? * Do not imagine or rehearse defeat to yourself because of the bombarding thoughts that come against your mind. Rehearse the victory promised, and go on beyond this wave of distracting things from the prince of the power of the air. I have forgiven you. 503. Shall the things that I have forgiven be your demise? 504. Or shall faith prevail against the accusations of the devil? (To Be Continued)
