PT.Personel Alih Daya membutuhkan karyawan ahli di bidang : 1.Documentator Responsibilities : • Ensure the number of sites in master data lists that exist in the internal system and with physical data documents at Asset Assessment & Custodian Department. • Making document filling report • Scanning document requests collocation in soft-copy form. • Distribute documents to the PIC document scanning and examining the results of scanning the document • Collecting reports from all departments under Operation & Maintenance Directorate, in order to making the monthly report Requirements : • Min D3 (Administration) • Male / Female 20 – 30 Years Old • Min 1 year have experience in Processing of Document (Preferred experience in Telecommunications) • Active in communicating, coordinating and do not get bored easily • Neat and meticulous in the administration task • Computer literate (required to use Ms. Excel) • Able to work under pressure • Able to complete tasks on time • Status under outsourcing company 2.Admin Wireless Infrastructure RincianTugas : • Pembuatan dan Proses dokumen yang berhubungan dengan Tower dan Telekomunikasi • Melakukan pengaturan dan sistem penyimpanan data, agar terlihat mudah ditemukan bila diperlukan • Melakukan pembuatan laporan secara rutin (setiap akhir bulan) Kualifikasi : • Min D3 (Administrasi, Manajemen, Akuntansi) • Pengalaman 1-2 tahun bekerja diposisi Administrasi (lebih diutamakan di bidang Telekomunikasi) • Mengusai Komputer (MS. Office, Email, PDF) • Aktif dalam berkomunikasi dan berkoordinasi • Rapih dan teliti dalam hal Administrasi • Mampu bekerja dibawah tekanan • Mampu menyelesaikan tugas tepat 3.ACCOUNT PAYABLE STAFF (AP) Responsibilities: • Verification the bill from subcon / vendor. • Make a payment on the bill from subcon / vendor. • Perform Accounts Payable data entry. • Looking for user approval. • AP & Bank Account Reconciliation Requirements: • Male / Female, max. 29 years old • Minimum S1 degree in Accounting from reputable university (fresh graduates are welcome), with minimum GPA 3.0. • Minimum 1 years experience as Account Public / Service. • Hands on experience using Microsoft applications and computerized accounting system. • Has strong leadership skill, good analytical skill, good time management and interpersonal skills. • Sharp intuition for internal control and able to identify potential risks. • Good verbal and written communication and presentation skills. • Hard worker, fast learner, and ability to work under pressure. • Must be able to speak and write in English. 4.ACCOUNT RECEIVABLE DATA STAFF Responsibility: • Generate invoices & maintain up to date billing data system and reporting activities related • Perform account reconciliation & assist with month-end closing • Communicate and coordinate with internal & external parties related to speed up the invoice issued Requirements: • Male or Female, age max. 30 years old • Min D3 (Accounting & Finance) • Min. 2-3 Years experiences in related field (fresh graduates are welcome) • Knowledge of computer software program , Microsoft Office, etc • Fast Learner • A strong background in mathematics • Ability to work independently • Good Interpersonal skill • Smart, charming, good looking 5.Regional Admin RincianTugas : • Mengelola data-data asset, seperti data-data yang terkaitdengan ESR, CF, data / dokumen site lainnya • Melakukan filing, baiksoftcopymaupunhardcopydokumenmasing-masing site denganbaikdantertata • Rutinmelakukan monitoring, verifikasidanvalidasi data di TBG-sys VS actual • Rutinmelakukanvalidasidanverifikasi data dandokumen site • Menyiapkan data-data laporan regional • Membuatdanmemeriksapengajuan cash advance & settlement di regional • Membuatlaporankeuanganbulanan regional Kualifikasi : • Min D3, jurusanadministrasi, manajemen,d an akuntansi • Memiliki 1-2 tahunpengalamansebagau staff administrasi (diutamakan di perusahaantelekomunikasi) • Memilikikemampuan yang baikdalammenggunakan computer (Ms Office) • Mampuberkomunikasidanberkoordinasidengan orang lain • Lokasikerja di : Jakarta, Medan, Banjarmasin • Status karyawanberada di bawahperusahaan outsourcing 6.Purchasing Operation & Maintenance Responsibility: • Responsible for all operation & maintenance issue & process in procurement area • Responsible for the preparation and process purchase order (PO) and documents in accordance • Maintain complete updated purchasing records / data and pricing in the system • Source, select and negotiate for the best purchase package in terms of quality, price, terms, deliveries, and services with partners • Prepare reports and summarize data With requirements and qualifications as follows: • Male / Female, Max 35 Years Old • Minimum D3 / S1 • Experience min. 2 - 3 years in Procurement and purchasing within the telecommunication industry • Excellency in computer literate (Microsoft Office) • Time management abilities • Understanding of contract agreements, procurement plans and development and execution of projects • Excellent interpersonal skills, Communication & negotiation skills, high integrity, honest and can work under pressure. jika ada yang sesuai dengan kualifikasi tersebut..silahkan kirim softcopy CV anda ke febri.ananda@personelalihdaya
