PUBLIC ADVISORY URGENT UPGRADE WORKS AT Y-CORNER JUNCTION MAY CAUSE TEMPORARY SUPPLY DISRUPTION 14/07/14 Urgent upgrade works required at Y-Corner Junction; Labasa will cause temporary interruption in water supply today. The Water Authority of Fiji (WAF) advises its customers living in parts of Labasa areas that they will experience this temporary disruption in water supply today from 10pm till midnight tonight Monday 14th July, 2014. Impacted areas include: • Whole of Naodamu Housing • Whole of town areas • Residence at Y-corner (Vunimoli Housing) • Vakamasisuasua areas • Namara areas • Marine Quarters areas • Labasa Police Station The Authority advises its customers residing in these areas to store water well in advance and use it wisely during this temporary disruption in supply. Supply is expected to normalise by 1am early tomorrow morning (15/07). The Authority highly regrets any inconvenience caused to its customers.
