PUBLIC NOTICE Minnesota Statute, section 256J.626, subdivision 4, requires counties and nations/tribes to have a Biennial Service Agreement (BSA) approved by the Minnesota Department of Human Services (DHS) to receive consolidated funds for the Minnesota Family Investment Program (MFIP) in 2014 and 2015. The purpose of the agreement is to provide information about services and strategies to meet state established outcomes with the goal of increasing the economic stability of low income families served with consolidated funds. Ramsey County Workforces Solutions invites your comments on the contents of this Biennial Service Agreement. A copy of the draft 2014-2015 MFIP Biennial Service Agreement is posted on the Ramsey County Workforce Solutions web site co.ramsey.mn.us/workforce/index.htm and the Ramsey County Community Human Services web site at co.ramsey.mn.us/hs/index.htm. In addition, County residents may request a copy of the proposed 2014-2015 MFIP Biennial Service Agreement from the Workforce Solutions Planning Unit. Please submit your request in writing to Bruce Casselton, Workforce Solutions, 2098 11th Avenue East, North St. Paul, MN 55109.
