#PULPIT AT GAZA# The Church 2day is shiftin its focus frm soul business to politics and money business. Everyone wants to be at d top, control a large population of people, and be his own master, d struggle for d pulpit in churches increases with each passin service or fellowship. Everyone wants to be heard and Gods voice is gradually becomin very faint in our sermons nd messages. Multiplication of churches r as a result of conflicting values and rivalries among church members (James 4 1-3). The message has sadly changed from give ur life to christ to be part of my church and these days, most of d church activities ar geared towards luring people into d diff churches and not winnin souls 4 Gods kingdom. Most dissapointing is d fact that those who still hold on to d sacred truths of Gods kindom ar sittin comfortably in these churches of course, waitin for a chance to get to the pulpit before they can preach christ and condemn evil. D light is being bottled up in d hearts of these christians and no one is willin to show forth christ at any cost. Evangelism iz nw old fashioned. In fact, carrying a bible is nw also old fashioned. Hmmmm... d Holy Spirit is even tending to extinction in d lives of d so called christians. Little wonder y his manifestations and power is no longer felt as in the early church. Discussing Jesus with a frnd of cos is nw borin to many christians. And heaven is crying bcos d end has come.... ...There in ur heart d holy spirit speaks, go to Gaza there is a soul there dat needs salvation and u pay a deaf ear probably because Gaza is nt a big church with millions of people in it, its usually a wilderness devoid of a congrgation bt rich with souls. A man dat was assigned to serve tables bt lost his office as a result of d scatterin of d church heard a call lyk dis. He was called Phillip. He wasnt even chosen as one of d apostles, he was just a deacon, bt he had a workin relationship with d Spirit of life nd he obeyed dat call and went ova to Gaza and preached Jesus to d man who (is believed) started d first church in Africa - the ethiopian church. Tonite, d lord is callin out to u, stop standin in d queue waitin 4 a chance to mount dat pulpit in ur big church, he could be sayin, preach Jesus to dat ur frnd on facebk or rm mate or brother who havent got him yet. You neva can tell what that person u captured 4 christ will be in years to come. Denying a soul of christ may mean depriving a whole continent of salvation.... God is countin on U.
