PUMPKIN DIP 8 oz. cream cheese at room temp 2 cups powdered sugar sifted 1 small can of solid pack pumpkin 1 TBSP cinnamon 1 TBSP pumpkin pie spice 1 TBSP frozen orange juice concentrate Blend cream cheese and powdered sugar with an electric mixer. Mix in pumpkin and beat well. Then beat in OJ and spices. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Hollow out a tiny pumpkin to use as a bowl for the dip. Serve with apple slices and thin cinnamon or ginger cookies. I use 2 cups frozen (thawed) pumpkin that I prepared myself. Then I add about 1/2 cup more powdered sugar. I got this recipe from Michelle Wencl and it is an easy and amazing addition to a pot luck or party. Thanks Michelle! I still remember the beautiful presentation!
