Pa. Homeowner Sues Seller Over Homes Bloody Past. The house in Thornton, PA where a man killed his wife and then himself while their two children were in the house. A year later, the house was sold to a couple as an investment for $450,000. They then sold it to a women for $600,000 and did not disclose that it was the site of a murder-suicide. She went to court to have the sale revoked. Although the judge recognized that she had lost over six-figures in equity, he ruled against her since there is no law in PA that states the buyer and agent had to disclose the murder-suicide.
