Pagans DO believe in GOD. Please do not assume otherwise. Their GOD may not be of the same descriptive nature of the GOD in which you put your faith, but HE is just as powerful and important to them. Pagans also call upon other Gods and Goddesses, deities, fey etc because they feel that all have an important role. It is not a form of disrespect to those of the defined Christian faith. Its just that Pagans believe that there is more than one path for each individual on Earth. The path you choose to follow is the RIGHT path for YOU. But that doesnt mean its the right path for another. A huge misconception about us is that we denounce GOD. That couldnt be further from the truth for the majority of us. We simply found a different way to honor and communicate with him. Some do it with ritual. Some do it with prayer. Some do it with meditation. Some do it by being one with nature. Some do all of those things and more. Being Pagan doesnt mean dancing with flowing sleeves to Celtic music during popular Sabbaths. It is a way of life. There are no two people on earth that live or define Paganism the same way. It is unique to the individual. Please understand and have respect that Pagans DO NOT wish you to change what you believe in. They simply ask that you respect what they believe in because it is an innate part of their identity.
