Paid a visit to pets at home yesterday to buy some frontline for mine and tims dog only to be met with a stroppy assistant who point blank refused to sell me it until I could tell her the exact weight of the dogs, despite me telling her I always used the same one for them 20 to 40 kg, as I only do lbs and oz another assistant showed up and converted the weights for me then told me they have to follow this procedure so we dont overdose our animals.... safe to say love if I was going to abuse my animals I wouldnt be spending 30 quid to do it ffs it doesnt cost an arm and a leg to do that and all I wanted to do was protect them from the scourge if damned fleas, it turned out I was right and I eventually managed to purchase the one that I asked for in the first place as I have been doing for years with no apparent problem or abuse advice haha x
