Pain and pleasureare the two fundamental navigators of human behaviour. The natural inclination is to embrace everything that is pleasurable and avoid everything that is painful. This natural inclination to avoid pain is where the trap of life exists. Changeand growth is alwaysa painful transition. In avoiding this painful transition we lose the higher realities of life. Two simple realisations tosave yourself from this trap : Post - change is more pleasurable and sensual pain is actually pleasure and sensual pleasure is actually pain. The choice is yours.
