Pain can be absolutely debilitating! First line of defense~~KANGEN WATER Re-hydrate Pain can be flushed out, especially with the right water. It must be alkaline and rich in antioxidants. Ice works great too. Advice from my massage therapist. 5 minutes of ice on an area. 3 minutes off repeat twice, then let your skin rebound to body temperature. I also took 1/2 tsp. of Real Salt, with 12 oz. of Kangen water. The pain was not subsiding, yet so I was going to try everything in my alternative arsenal. next I took a large spoonful of Coconut Oil with a pear. Speaking of salt, I hopped, no wait! hobbled into the tub. In went a scoop of Epsom Salts and tepid water. I didnt feel like it being too hot, today, due to the inflammation. After five hours of needing crutches, or in my case, I had no crutches, so I used a folding chair, my pain VANISHED! HALLELUJAH! I appreciated laughing on the phone, with friends, as part of my therapy. I did take 3 ibuprofens, but still had pain for several hours, after I swallowed them.
