Pain in the body has many causes. Some of these can be a result of a past injury, even as far back as when you were a child. Or as in most cases that I treat, can be attributed to your everyday lifestyle. The forces that act upon you each day mold your body. The chair you sit on, the shoes you wear and the pillow you sleep on are just some of the things that effect you everyday. The body adapts and compensates and new patterns of weight bearing and motion form. This becomes your new normal, which isnt normal at all! These lead to weaknesses and imbalances that eventually set you up for PAIN! Having an understanding of your weaknesses and imbalances is key to helping you to manage your own pain, so that your pain does NOT manage you! Learn how to take control of you. Remember..PAIN IS NOT A LIFESTYLE..AT ANY AGE!!
